Welcome to Service North!

Service North events have been held in 2017, 2018 and 2019. In 2021, we will meet online! We look forward to welcoming delegates from all over the world to our virtual SIAM conference.

Our 2021 agenda will have a strong focus on SIAM, as well as looking at related topics for a multi-vendor environment including tooling and procurement. Our speakers will bring you stories of successful SIAM transformations at Asics and Smiths Group Plc. and share some of the lessons learned along the way.

We’ll be releasing our conference agenda very soon. With speakers from Deloitte, Crown Commercial Service, Asics, Bloor and more, we have content for everyone at all stages of their SIAM journey. Check back regularly for more information.

Conference + workshop (April 27-29) | £99

You’ve heard a lot about SIAM and perhaps you’ve read the SIAM Bodies of Knowledge.  However, do you know how to successfully implement SIAM and make it ‘real’ for your organization?

In addition to your conference pass, this package gets you access to a 2 hour SIAM clinic run by respected SIAM consultants Steve Morgan (Syniad IT) and Ian Groves (Syamic). Both Steve and Ian have first-hand practical experience of designing, implementing and operating SIAM operating models, gained across multiple customer engagements in both the private and public sector.

You will have a choice of 8am-10am or 4pm-6pm BST for your workshop time, but act fast – each workshop is limited to just 25 attendees.

The workshop agenda will allow attendees to vote on the issues that are of most interest to them, followed by facilitated group work and advice related to those topics.

About the hosts

Steve and Ian have first-hand practical experience of designing, implementing and operating SIAM operating models, gained across multiple customer engagements in both the private and public sector.
